APD Technologies Inc. was founded in May 2001 as APD Technologies LLP, a New Jersey limited
liability parternship. Over the next four years, APDTech focused primarily on design and
development of a scalable and distributed enterprise helpdesk system.
In 2005, APD Technologies LLP, was incorporated to a New York S-Corp, APD Technologies Inc.
APD Technologies Inc. expanded its focus from primarily helpdesk system design to infrastructure
technology consulting, web site application design and outsourced consulting solutions for
specialized services. APDTech's distributed network design maximizes ROI on business management
solutions.
